A FEW TIPS FROM ACADIAN
FOR TRAVELLING IN CONFORT |

Bypass the waiting lines at the bus terminal; buy your ticket on our website under the Schedules and Prices tab. Please follow carefully printing instructions and make sure to print your tickets before leaving home. |

Prepare your luggage keeping in mind that you are allowed two pieces of a maximum weight of 34 kg (75 lbs) each ; no larger than 60 cm x 60 cm x 90cm plus a carry-on that must fit on the overhead bin. Please make sure to identify your entire luggage and to keep with you at all time your valuables, medication or fragile belongings. Click here for full details. |

Electronic devises are permitted aboard our motor coaches. We only recommend, as a sign of respect for the other passengers, to keep the volume low and to use the “vibration” ringtone on cellular phones. |

If you are travelling with children, bring them some food, beverage, and small toys (the kind that will not disturb the other passengers). A long trip seems shorter! We would like to remind you that children aged 8 to 12 year cannot travel unaccompanied when there is a risk that we may have to interrupt our services due to weather or road conditions. Animals are not allowed on our motor coaches with the exception of guide dogs that may travel with us at all time. |

During winter: road or weather conditions may change rapidly. Please be prepared in case that we have to interrupt our services due to bad conditions. Please keep some cash or a bank card to be able to meet your needs in case of a stop along the way. |

If you travel to the United States, please make sure that you have in hand all the requested documents to cross the border. Acadian may not be hold responsible if you are refused entry to the United States or in Canada on your way back. |
