General conditions

After purchasing 10 one-way or round-trip tickets online, the member receives a promotional code by email that entitles him to a one-way ticket to any destination served by the carrier.

This offer is only valid and only applies for purchases made online on the Acadian website; it is not valid in bus terminals or in the carrier’s agencies.

To receive a free one-way ticket, the customer must have accumulated travel units in his meter during the last 12 months.

For example, a round-trip ticket purchased on April 4, 2010 yields one travel unit that will be valid on the meter until 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on April 3, 2011.

Only tickets at adult, student, Club 60+ and children aged 5 to 12 fares count toward purchases. Tickets for children aged 0 to 4 years are excluded.

One eligible ticket equals one travel unit:
-A round-trip ticket yields one travel unit
-A one-way ticket yields one travel unit

The free one-way ticket may only be used on the Acadian network.

If the customer purchases ten tickets that satisfy the promotion regulations, he will receive an email inviting him to redeem his free ticket without delay.
