Paying for Tickets
For online tickets, we accept all the main credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). At Acadian points of sale, you can also pay for tickets using a debit card or cash.

Buy anywhere, at any time
You can buy your tickets ahead of time or from a city other than your point of departure, for yourself or another person.

Go to the station nearest you and the clerk will confirm that your ticket has been reserved by sending a fax to the station in the city of departure. Fees of $10 to $15 apply for this service.

Return Tickets Are Economical!
Buy return tickets and benefit from a considerable reduction on your ticket prices. Get the details at the Acadian counter or look at our rates.

Valid anytime
Our tickets have no expiry date. You can't go? Keep your ticket… it'll remain valid as long as you have it.

Refunds
You must request a ticket refund in writing. Send the ticket to be reimbursed to: Acadian, 92, Lester Street, Moncton, NB, E1C 4T4. Administrative charges equal to 15% of the ticket price will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

For tickets bought on line, please return the confirmation that you received by e-mail at: e-commerce@acadianbus.com  . Please mention «Refund» on the subject line. Please note that administrative charges equal to 15% of the ticket price will be subtracted from the refund amount. Please allow us 15 business days to handle your request.

Lost Tickets
Unfortunately it is impossible for us to replace lost tickets or tickets with worn print, making them unreadable, so be careful with your tickets!

Reservations
Reservations are not required with Acadian: it's first come, first served.
If there are no seats available at boarding time, we will add an extra coach, provided one is available.
Otherwise, you will be able to board the next departure with your ticket.
