Do you have to travel with Acadian to enter?
No. You can enter the Acadian Passport program free of charge at any time and without any obligation. You can also obtain a free ticket folder with a game code by sending a letter of 100 words describing your interest in Acadian Passport , along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Acadian, Acadian Passport Program, 55, avenue du Mont-Royal ouest, suite 902, Montréal, Québec, H2T 2S6.
Why should I keep track of my entries?
The more you travel, the more chances you have to win. There are also many ways of increasing your chances of winning our grand prize. And what fun it is to see your chances of winning increase!
Will my entries increase my chances of winning over the months?
Entries in promotional draws do not increase your chances of winning over time. At the end of the promotional period, after the prizes have been drawn, all entries are removed from our databases.
Can I cancel or modify my registration?
You can modify or cancel your registration at any time by modifying your profile.

What prizes can be won?
Prizes vary from month to month, since Acadian Passport is a permanent program, and not a contest with a limited run. In addition to our $10 coupons for purchasing a bus ticket to a city of your choice, there are gift certificates for from our partner companies and other prizes to be won by Acadian Passport members in the draws. The number of instant prizes won will vary based on the number of game codes checked, since, at the end of a promotion, any instant prizes not won will be withdrawn.
How can I win the instant prizes?
You must first register for the Acadian Passport program. Next, you must verify the game code on the folder that you receive when you buy an Acadian bus ticket or following a written request. Enter the game code in the appropriate field, and an automated system will tell you instantly whether the number is a winner or not.
For instant prizes, if the game code proves to be a winner, we will ask that you verify your contact information on the screen and confirm that it is accurate. Once we have received your confirmation, we will send your prize by the mail, by Expédibus or by e-mail, depending on the prize you have won.
For prizes awarded by random draw, winners will be informed by e-mail and will have to confirm their identity and contact information by phone or otherwise at the discretion of Acadian. Their prizes will be sent by Acadian Express Courier service. The winner must retrieve his prize at the Acadian Express Courier s counter specified by Acadian.
